TEAMS can be registered by a single individual if s/he has the names of all 4 to 9 team members,.. once you hit 'send' there's no editing.
INDIVIDUALS can sign up only for any team/race, but be sure to select the correct team/race, and remember the 9-runner limit.
DON'T HAVE 4 M OR 4 W RUNNERS? SPLIT your runners into a Co-Ed team by registering at least 2 M and 2 W for a race.
